Hugging Hour, previously Drool, wil be in stores in January 2009. The book is written and illustrated by Aileen Leijten and published by Philomel, an imprint of Penguin. Since the title has changed, Aileen is creating a new cover. Signings and events will be posted here as the publishing date comes closer.

Also coming is Bella & Bean, written by Rebecca Kai Dotlich and illustrated by Aileen Leijten. This book is published by Atheneum Books for Young Readers, an imprint of Simon & Schuster and will be in stores in February 2009.

A couple of new book ideas have been submitted to be sold and hopefully there will be good news about that soon.
